I've had a pair of Deidre-style shoes for years but I will have to kiss them a fond farwell soon. Ziera's are classics. They just keep on going - I never tire of their style or comfort.

how do i get a replacement or repair for the defective, decomposing, disintegrating soles and heels on my deidres? the uppers are like new; still beautiful. most comfortable!

defective sole and heel decomposed and crumbled away leaving black marks on the floor.
can't find anybody locally for remedial action.

I bought some burgundy coloured shoes in this style... More >>
I bought some burgundy coloured shoes in this style a couple of years ago and have not worn them very much.
I put them on this morning and I have found that the sole and heel of both shoes is disintergrating. Chunks of the rubber compound are just falling off!!
Anyone else had this problem?
Any suggestions as to what I can do to stop it?

they are soooo comfortable.

Hi I tried to purchase these in your Perth store and I was advised that they are not being made anymore. This was also confirmed over the telephone by your Melbourne store. I am disappointed as they were my favourite. I purchased xray instead which are nice but still not exactly what I was after. Is this your understanding as they are still advertised on your website? I was so relieved to see that you still had this model. for my feet (with orthotics) they are my standard shoe every day for work. I usually buy two pairs at a time as their availability seems unreliable and I don't know what I would do if I couldn't purchase same. They are soft on the sole with a good easier movement, as well as coming in the wider size which I need.

I will be ordering again soon, as I find two pairs will do me for one year, wearing alternate days, every season no matter what the temperature or weather condition.

Thank you for keeping a reliable design in production.

I have had these shoes in black for over four years now and recently had to get the velcro replaced on both straps. The shoes are very comfortable for me but often hard to get, does one have to order this specific shoe?

Bought these maroon shoes - 80 DM W 982

While working on my feet were so lovely and comfortable and had them for a few years.

Well now my feet are in a bad way so found them in the cupboard I haven't used for a 1 year at least and put them on and found the rubber all deterioriated to bits. Just when I need them the most...
Wish I could afford a new pair.

I have never seen these shoes fell to bits, I was shocked.
