We understand sometimes a product just isn't right for you, so we've made it as easy as possible to send something back.

We offer 30-Day FREE Returns - If you qualify for a return, you are not liable for the postage cost of returning products within Australia.

To be eligible for a refund the products you are returning must be:

  • Purchased within the last 30 days
  • Unworn, undamaged and unmarked
  • In their original condition¬†
  • In the original packaging or shoe box (we consider this part of the item)

Ziera does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, colour or style, we recommend you return the original item and make a new purchase.

HOW TO RETURN

Australian Customers

1.

Login to My Account and select the items to return IT'S FREE!

2.

Print the label and stick on the original packaging.

3.

Place all items in the original packaging and drop at your local post office.

If you have checked out as a guest, please enter your Order ID Number in the Online Returns Portal here.

New Zealand Customers

Returns for New Zealand customers are arranged over the phone by one of our customer service team members. Please contact us to arrange a return.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Once returns are received in our warehouse, our Returns Team will determine whether the product is eligible for a refund. When it is approved, it will be forwarded to the Finance Team for processing. This can take from 4-6 business days.

Please Note: During peak trading times (including but not limited to Christmas and sale) refunds may take slightly longer to process.
